Humpback Whales
From June to October the humpback whales come to the Inhambane coast line to mate, give birth and use this area as a nursery station. This time of the year you can see them nearly everyday playing around the water, jumping, blowing water high in the air.
Depending on weather and sea conditions, whale watching safari’s on a boat can be organized and booked thru the Pura Vida Lodge.
Whale watching trips can be organized by the Pura Vida Lodge. Please ask the Management for further details
